This is the 2nd shipyard for Triyards, after their 1st project at Cai Lai, Ho Chi Minh City. The site area is 134,000m2 with a 347m water frontage.

The work entails reclamation works, soil improvement, shoreline works, skid-way, launch-way and cover workshop of 20,800 m2 (block shops, fitting shops, machine shops etc).
