Vattanac Group Rosewood Hotel (Cambodia)

The project involves the conversion of the upper floors that was designed for office usage to the 5 Star Rosewood Hotel. The existing building live loads, are lower than the required live load for a hotel. Hence extensive structural strengthening, including to support an indoor swimming pool and additional usage at the iconic cantilever deck were carried out.
