Ivor graduated with a BSc Civil Engineering with Honors and has a MSc in Geotechnical Engineering. He is also a Singapore Registered Professional Engineer with more than 10 years experience in the construction consultancy industry,

 

His expertise is in Civil and Structural Engineering design (Reinforced Concrete, Steel, Composite Structures, Post/Pre-tensioned and Precast system) and Geotechnical Engineering, with project experience ranges from industrial, logistics, conservation and sensitive structures, infrastructure, mixed developments, residential and healthcare facilities. 

 

Among the notable projects that Ivor designed are St James Power Station, REC Solar extension works, Serangoon Polyclinic, Aljunied Nursing Home, retrofitting of Great World City and Tiong Bahru Plaza, and deep excavation for UPN at Great World City mixed development.

Ivor is very passionate in engineering, enjoys solving difficult problems and trying new innovations, in a continuous effort to simplify and provide an ideal design that is buildable, yet economical to every project that he embarks on.
